Clive Alladin

Clive Alladin is a Professional Engineer with extensive experience in project management and capital planning in the private, public sectors.

With over 25 years of experience he has acquired a reputation for multi-tasking, and completing projects on time and within budget.  As a manager and Team Leader of groups of multi disciplinary professionals, Clive has developed the ability, and achieved success in motivating colleagues and mentoring staff.

Of the many successes, special mention must be made of Clive’s involvement in the construction industry as a site Superintendent for single family homes.  During his tenure at Parklane homes, Clive achieved the unique distinction of managing the construction of 55 single family homes without a single WCB infraction or disruption to construction by Municipal authorities.  The entire project, with a sales value of $19 million, was completed under budget and ahead of schedule.  He has a record of demonstrated success in the utilization of computer based systems to analyze, implement and execute major projects.

Ken Alladin

Ken has over twenty-five (25) years of international experience in both the public and private sectors, and will contribute a wealth of hands on knowledge, as well as strategic and corporate planning skills.  Ken’s administrative and financial management skills were developed during several tenures as General Manager in large manufacturing enterprises, and a Development Finance organization.  As a business graduate of Loyola College and a registered CMA, Ken also has a wide knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements in Canada, and will be invaluable to the success of the organization.

Lenny Alladin

Since graduating from Mc Gill University, Lenny has developed and managed a successful private practice in medicine over the past twenty years.  In addition, he has been involved in several successful business ventures related to the medical field.  As the co-founder of two medical clinics; one in Ontario and the other, most recently in Quebec, Lenny has been instrumental in creating and developing them into financially successful enterprises.  His knowledge and insight will be major assets to the management of the organization.

Pearl Alladin

Having retired from the public sector as a career civil servant, Pearl is currently pursuing a life long interest in the fine arts and in spring 2006, she graduated from Concordia University in Montreal with a BFA degree.  Her work history and artistic insight provides an invaluable contribution to this organization.

Sais Madansingh

Sais Madansingh has over two and half decades of management experience and a decade of post secondary education.  He holds a masters degree in economics. At present, he is the Director of Operations for Southeast Resource Development Council Corp. (SERDC).  During his tenure as Director of Operations, he has been instrumental in assisting in the development of the SERDC region.

Sais is well known in the Province of Manitoba by both levels of government and by organizations for his commitment to improve the quality of life for society.  He has been the recipient of many awards and recognition for his contribution to society.

Emrith Kalliecharan

Emrith has owned and operated a successful Caribbean restaurant in Montreal for over 25 years and has been named one of Montreal’s Caribbean land marks.  Having graduated as a computer programmer, Emrith has also been very active in the real estate market, currently owning and operating five (5) investment properties while managing an import /export company in Trinidad which he co-founded.

Reepu Singh

Reepu Singh is a professional engineer and certified planner who has worked in four countries including Canada and the U. S. He was Director of Planning and Engineering for the Town of Plainfield, and the Director of the Town of Waterford Utilities, both in Connecticut, USA. His experience in the private sector includes working for and as an engineering consultant on many projects including site and subdivision design, bridge engineering and coastal engineering. He is currently developing real estate in Connecticut. His expertise allows him to make final decisions in site selection, engineering design and project management.

Mr. Singh has an undergraduate degree in civil engineering from Concordia University and a Masters Degree in Ocean Engineering from The University of Connecticut.
